1. Information we collect
Studio4 may collect account information such as your name, username, email address, authentication identifiers, order history, download history and the information you choose to provide when contacting us. If Google sign-in is enabled, we receive the basic profile information authorized through Google.
2. Payments
Payment transactions may be processed by configured third-party payment providers. Studio4 stores transaction references and order status needed to provide purchased content, but payment-card details should be handled by the payment provider rather than stored by Studio4.
3. AI Studio data
Prompts, generation settings, generated outputs and provider information may be stored to provide AI Studio history and publishing workflows. When the local provider is selected, generation requests are sent to the Studio4-configured local AI endpoint. When a cloud provider such as OpenAI or Gemini is selected, relevant request data is sent to that configured provider and is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
4. How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, provide licensed downloads, process orders, secure the service, provide support, maintain audit records, improve the marketplace and meet legal or contractual obligations.
5. Cookies and sessions
Studio4 uses essential session and security cookies for authentication, cart functionality and fraud/security controls. Additional analytics or marketing technologies should only be enabled in accordance with the applicable consent requirements.
6. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, licensing records, security, legal compliance and legitimate business purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may contact Studio4 to request access, correction or deletion of personal information where applicable, subject to records we must retain for transactions, licensing, security or legal obligations.
