1. Using Studio4

By using Studio4.net you agree to these terms and any license terms presented with an asset or order. You must use the service lawfully and provide accurate account information.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and activity performed through your account. Studio4 may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, other users or legal rights.

3. Creative content

Studio4 content remains owned by Studio4 or the applicable rights holder. Purchasing or downloading an asset grants the license stated for that transaction; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright unless expressly stated.

4. AI-generated content

AI Studio outputs may be subject to the capabilities, restrictions and terms of the configured AI provider. Users are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before commercial use and for avoiding prompts or uses that infringe third-party rights or applicable law.

5. Purchases and refunds

Prices and currencies are displayed before checkout. Because digital files can be delivered immediately, refund eligibility may be limited after download except where required by law or where Studio4 confirms a technical or licensing problem.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not attempt to bypass download controls, access private originals without authorization, scrape or copy the library in bulk, interfere with security, redistribute standalone assets, misuse another person’s account or use Studio4 to violate law or third-party rights.

7. Availability

Studio4 may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
